Bill Allen, a retired Navy Test Pilot and real estate professional, is the Owner of 7 Figure Flipping and host of the 7 Figure Flipping Podcast, where he leads one of the top house flipping and wholesaling mentoring groups in the world. Dave Morse brings to 7 Figure Flipping almost three decades of experience in corporate team building and strategic growth. His REI journey began back in 2012 when during his corporate tenure he was a private money lender to Justin Williams, founder of 7FF. He saw Justin grow from 13 flips a year to more than 130 in Southern California. He then began to fund Steven Williams as he followed the blueprint for scaling a multi-state wholesale business. Morse began passively investing in 7FF member Multifamily deals in 2020 and now as a GP purchased 134 and 90 unit properties in 2023. Before joining the 7FF Team as COO, Morse served on the 7FF Leadership Team as Sales Director, overseeing North American growth. He was responsible for attracting quality investors & and has now advised more than 100 business owners in accelerating their growth. Morse also brings previous corporate experience with AT&T in their Leadership Development Program, taking 3 different call centers to #1 in the nation in just 4 years among other accomplishments. He earned his Business degree from Brigham Young University.
