Adam served in the Marine Corps from 2004 until his retirement in 2024. He began his real estate investment journey in 2017 and has since achieved remarkable success. As the Co-Owner and CEO of Blackjack Real Estate since June 2021, Adam has been instrumental in flipping or wholesaling around 400 single-family houses and syndicating 224 apartments. In addition to his extensive real estate portfolio, Adam owns Titan Title Company in Florida and manages a small rental portfolio. Dave Morse brings to 7 Figure Flipping almost three decades of experience in corporate team building and strategic growth. His REI journey began back in 2012 when during his corporate tenure he was a private money lender to Justin Williams, founder of 7FF. He saw Justin grow from 13 flips a year to more than 130 in Southern California. He then began to fund Steven Williams as he followed the blueprint for scaling a multi-state wholesale business. Morse began passively investing in 7FF member Multifamily deals in 2020 and now as a GP purchased 134 and 90 unit properties in 2023. Before joining the 7FF Team as COO, Morse served on the 7FF Leadership Team as Sales Director, overseeing North American growth. He was responsible for attracting quality investors & and has now advised more than 100 business owners in accelerating their growth. Morse also brings previous corporate experience with AT&T in their Leadership Development Program, taking 3 different call centers to #1 in the nation in just 4 years among other accomplishments. He earned his Business degree from Brigham Young University.
Ronan Shortall is driven by his dedication to empowering individuals to achieve transformative success in the real estate industry, ultimately shaping the futures of their families for generations to come. With a tenure spanning three years at 7 Figure, he has successfully managed and overseen both the single-family and multifamily segments of our membership. Beka Shea is one of the original members of the 7 Figure Flipping board. Over 6 years, Beka rehabbed over 60 houses and wholesaled more than 120 deals. Before launching her real estate journey, she served as an officer in the US Navy, and then spent 7 years working as a mechanical engineer in the energy efficiency arena. After much trial and error in the marketing world, she applied her engineering skills to improving ROI by relentlessly evaluating business marketing with real-time feedback. Her passion for efficiency and helping others succeed poured out into this community.
Vaughn is a serial entrepreneur with a real passion for real estate investing and helping others. He likes to work with driven, motivated, and intelligent people who think outside the box, inside the box, and right on the edge of the box. Vaughn's goal and passion is to teach and coach others to do the same while he continues to grow his business and real estate portfolio.

Andy is one of the founding members of the 7 Figure Flipping community and has helped pave the way for many of the nations high-volume flipping and wholesaling businesses today.

Mike Simmons was the first member of the 7 Figure Flipping mastermind group to reach a 7 Figure gross profit in his business in 1 year. He continues to flip and wholesale 10 to 15 properties per month in and around his home state of Michigan.
